· If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Admission

· At least one of the party members must be aged 20 or over.

· Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

· Late arrivals must notify the us on 07545873124 as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

· No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals, or early departures.

· Units will be allocated on arrival

CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING

· Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.

DOGS

· Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

GENERAL

· Bookings must not be for more than 4 consecutive nights. If you require longer please request via telephone discussion.

· Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

OCCUPANCY

Hen/stag parties are permitted subject and via prior Discussion

SAFETY 

· All users are required to take responsibility for their well being and safety. Please ensure you wear appropriate clothing based on the ground and weather conditions.

· Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

We have the right to remove any users not complying with the above aforementioned rules and is at THE DISCREATION OF THE OWNERS.

VEHICLES

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

· Only one car is to be parked by the pitch 1-5. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

· The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. Cars are not permitted when travelling with a motorhome/campervan.

· Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Visitors

· Visitors are not permitted on site.

· Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.

· Visitors may visit by paying the additional charge for additional adult
