• Caravan or motorhome (up to 4 people): £20 per night 
• Additional overnight guest: £5 
• Day visitors: £5 
• Wood-fired hot tub: £20 per use (by arrangement) 
• Shower: £3

Additional nights may be arranged during your stay (subject to availability) and paid on site.

We accept the following for any additional items or services:

All bookings are non-refundable.

No refunds or discounts will be given for:

• Weather conditions 
• Late arrivals 
• Early departures 

Bookings cannot be amended within 7 days of arrival.

If you need to cancel, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the space to others. We recommend arranging holiday insurance to cover unexpected changes.

• Arrival: 2:00pm – 9:00pm 
• Departure: By 1:00pm 

If you are running late, please contact us on 07545 873124 as soon as possible.

Bookings will be held for up to 24 hours, after which we reserve the right to re-let the pitch.

Pitches are allocated on arrival.

• At least one member of the party must be aged 20 or over 
• Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian 
• Maximum stay is 4 consecutive nights unless agreed in advance 

• One vehicle is permitted per pitch (pitches 1–5) 
• Additional vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area 
• For guests staying with a tent or touring caravan, one car is included in the pitch fee 
• For guests staying in a motorhome or campervan, any additional car must be booked as an extra 
• Commercial or sign-written vehicles (including those used for work purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) are not permitted on site 
• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted 

Visitors are not permitted on site unless agreed in advance.

Where agreed, a charge of £5 per person applies. Visitors must:

• Be registered prior to arrival 
• Use designated parking areas only 

Visitor vehicles are not permitted within the camping areas.

Dogs are very welcome, but:

• Must be supervised at all times 
• Must be kept on leads outside the enclosed dog area 
• Owners must clean up after them 

We are unable to accept dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act, including:

• XL Bully 
• Pit Bull Terrier 
• Japanese Tosa 
• Dogo Argentino 
• Fila Brasileiro 

In addition, we are unable to accept certain larger or strong breeds, including:

• Staffordshire Bull Terrier 
• American Staffordshire Terrier 
• Rottweiler 
• Mastiff types 
• Tosa-type breeds 

If you are unsure, please contact us before booking.

Guests have access to a secure, enclosed dog walking area for off-lead exercise.

For external hire or private use, please contact us directly.

We aim to maintain a calm, respectful woodland environment. We ask all guests to:

• Keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings 
• Respect other guests’ privacy and experience 
• Leave shared spaces clean and tidy 
• Take care of the site, equipment and surroundings 

Radios, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots should be closed quietly.

We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if these guidelines are not followed.

Guests are responsible for their own safety and wellbeing.

Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the terrain and weather.

Barbecues are permitted but must:

• Be raised off the ground 
• Be supervised by an adult at all times 

Hen and stag groups may be accepted by prior agreement only.

Any issues during your stay should be reported immediately on 07436938566 .
If you experience any problems with other guests, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.
We reserve the right to remove any guests not complying with these terms, at the discretion of the owners.
